Returns Policy

100% refund for all regular priced product returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase, with receipt. Credit will be given in the form of payment originally used for purchase. Note – product paid for with a check must be done at least 10 days after date of purchase.

  • RETURNS after 30 Days will be for In-Store Credit Only
  • RETURNS without a Receipt will be for In-Store Credit Only
  • RESTOCKING FEE 15% Restocking Fee will be Applied on Returned Patio Furniture
  • DELIVERY FEES are Non-Refundable if Delivery has been Performed
  • GIFT CARDS are Nonrefundable and are NOT Redeemable for Cash.
  • DIGITAL GIFT CARDS may be used for Merchandise In-Store or Online; Physical Gift Cards may be used Only In-Store

Guarantee Policy

Plant guarantee does not imply plant replacement; credit is for the amount paid. Purchase receipt is required. No cash refunds. 

  • TREES & SHRUBS may be Returned for a 50% Merchandise Credit for up to One Year from Date of Purchase
  • PERENNIALS & HOUSEPLANTS may be Returned for Full Merchandise Credit if Returned within 30 Days of Purchase
  • ROSES may be Returned for 50% Merchandise Credit through October 1st of Year Purchased

Holiday Policy

  • Holiday Merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt and sales tag for return. 
  • All returns must be in saleable condition.
  • NO return or price adjustments will be allowed after December 10th.
  • Merchandise returned will receive a refund by method paid. There is a waiting period on all checks.
