We’re currently seeking friendly, customer-service-oriented individuals to join our team working outside in our plant areas, assisting customers and stocking plants. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional customer service.
• Help customers with product selection and provide gardening advice, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Receive and stock plants
• Work closely with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Availability for weekends and nights is required.
• Willingness to learn and obtain gardening knowledge. 
• Knowledge of plants and gardening supplies is preferred, but not required
• Experience working in a retail environment is preferred, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
